To start, we ask you to use our cost calculator for an instant quote. Once we have an understanding of what you require, we then have a 20-minute consultation to discuss your brief and where you would like the cards to be placed strategically in the customer journey.

We will then begin the design process, our designs will be formulated based on the consultation and your company profile research. This is the time for us to get creative, we will stick closely to your style and brief and keep you informed to assure you’re happy with the design(s).

What Is The Minimum Order?

The minimum order amount is 100 cards. We are able to fulfil larger orders (5,000+), however, you have a large order please contact us in advance so we can set your expectations on the timeframe.

What's The Turn Around?

Once the deposit has been made, we estimate 2 – 3 weeks depending on the complexity and how many designs. We will keep you informed along the process and if you have a specific time scale you are working to, please let us know in advance.

What Type of Card Do You Use?

We use luxury textured paper, 280gsm. FSC® – Forest Stewardship Council.

With the option of four sizes:
– Small, (A6)
– Medium, Square (14 x 14cm)
– Standard,  (5 x 7 inch)
– Large, (A5)

How Do The Payments Work?

You have two options for payments, either as a recurring direct debit payment or as a one-off payment.

If you are making a one-off payment:
To begin we take a 50% deposit (refundable up until confirmation of draft sketches), we then take the final payment once artwork has been approved.

If you are making a recurring payment ( Monthly / Quarterly):
We arrange a monthly/quarterly agreement of the amount of cards / designs and fulfil this order once each payment has been processed, delivering the cards straight to your door.

Are You Eco-Friendly?

Yes, we are committed to conducting our operations in the best environmental practice.  Therefore, every single sheet of paper we use is FSC approved.

What About The Copyright?

With each design, the copyright remains with Curious Pencil Cards Ltd. However, if you require the use of any of our designs for other purposes, please contact us and we will assess this on a case by case basis. (This may incur an additional cost.)

Do You Do Other Printed Items?

Having worked in the corporate banking world for many years, it became clear that customers run the show. As the world became more digital in the corporate world, many times I would hear customers complaining that they felt like a number, and unappreciated. So along with my older sister Sheleen, we combined our skills to tackle this problem, with custom designed corporate greeting cards. A simple yet effective way to improve on the customer experience, and add a personal touch, ultimately making more people smile.
